Professional recovery coaching capability, for the realities of Today and Tomorrow.

Whether you're developing a career in recovery coaching, supporting others, or bringing coaching skills into your existing role, BCRCP™ combines professional learning, practical application and quality assessment to help you develop and demonstrate your recovery coaching capability.

Your BCRCP™ Pathway.

Your Journey, from Learning to Professional Recognition.

BCRCP™ brings together professional knowledge, development and assessment. Different activities can overlap, and people may need different opportunities to practise before demonstrating the standard, but what connects them all is the development of professional capability.

• Learn: Build your foundation through 70 hours of CPD-accredited professional learning.
• Develop: Apply learning through experiential activities, practice and feedback.
• Demonstrate: Show how you think, coach and reflect through professional assessment.
• Achieve: Receive certification when the required professional standards have been met.
• Continue: Maintain and develop your practice through learning, reflection and professional responsibility.

Four accredited programmes. One foundation.

3. 12h Recovery Coaching & Professionalism
4. 12h Spirituality for Recovery Coaches

Independently Assured Professional Standard.

Recovery Coach Academy has engaged an external quality assurance specialist to support the review and development of the BCRCP™ professional standard, assessment criteria and quality assurance processes.

The badge represents what you can demonstrate.

BCRCP™ certification and its badge recognise that your submitted evidence has met RCA's eleven-capability professional standard. It brings together professional knowledge, applied coaching, ethical judgement and reflective practice, not simply attendance at training.
