Our mission is to promote recovery coaching in the community, to provide recovery coach training and support recovery coaches to support recovery.
By promoting ALL recovery through advocacy, education and service, we strive to open new doors and remove barriers to recovery, maintain and sustain recovery regardless of the pathway, all the while ensuring that all people in recovery, and people seeking recovery, are treated with dignity and respect.

Caron Pollard
Strategist, Recovery Ally, Proud Mum
Caron Pollard is a Business Strategist with over two decades full spectrum corporate and entrepreneurial industry experience providing strategic and leadership support to founders and organisations at specific growth trajectories.
She is a professionally qualified digital marketer with extensive experience in scalable online business models, marketing and retention. She's passionate about empowerment, education and experience and provides fractional strategic support to her clients.
Ruth Riddick
Trainer/Coach/Mentor
an ASAP-NYCB Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) with a private training and coaching practice at Sobriety Together™, an authorized and experienced Recovery Coach Academy trainer (CART), a designated Recovery Coach Professional and RCP/facilitator (CCAR). She is co-founder and program manager of the ASAP-NYCB Trainer Registry, launched in 2020.
Appointed to ASAP in 2016, she serves as New York city-based Community Outreach, supporting professional peer recovery development and certification throughout the prevention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery field. She also serves as consultant to the ASAP-NYCB Ethics Committee and as ASAP-PWI administrator where she manages ASAP’s online training programs.
Ruth is acknowledged nationally as a peer recovery subject matter expert, and is a familiar speaker on topics such as the Peer Recovery Profession, Mapping the Stages of Recovery and Partnering for Ethical Practice.
Daryl McGraw MA, CAC, CCJP
Criminal Justice - Reentry
Daryl, holds state certifications as an Addictions Counselor, Recovery Support Specialist, and a Criminal Justice Professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, both from Springfield College. Prior to entering the human service field, Mr. McGraw held several leadership positions in the hospitality field working for Fortune 500 companies.

He consults with law enforcement, universities, policy makers, behavioural health and addiction treatment facilities who are looking to expand their knowledge and expertise in the area of criminal justice reform. He is an integral part of leadership decisions for these agencies and organizations. As a leadership consultant, he inspires cultural competency and challenges organizations to move away from the status quo.
Stacy Charpentier, RCPF
CCAR Training & Leadership
Director of Training at CCAR, where she leads the development and delivery of comprehensive training programmes aimed at empowering recovery coaches globally. CCAR has trained over 100,000 Recovery Coaches worldwide; focussing on the Art and Science of Recovery Coaching and fundamentals of coaching excellence.
Drawing from her personal experience as a family member, Stacy is deeply passionate about supporting the recovery community. She believes that anyone can contribute to someone’s recovery success by learning about the process and utilising the core skills that recovery coaches rely on. Her ultimate vision is to see recovery coaches recognised and valued across various industries worldwide, where their unique skills can offer hope and a pathway to recovery for those in need.
Chris Zahn
Changemaker!
Christopher has over 25 years of experience with the criminal justice system. He knows what it is like to live on the inside and he has extensive professional knowledge advocating for substance use disorder/mental health issues, criminal justice reform and reentry needs. Reentry is community reintegration from any adverse situation.
As a respected member of his community, Christopher is currently affiliated with Wisconsin Council on Mental Health – Criminal Justice Committee, Brown County Criminal Justice Coordinating Board, Brown County Alcohol and Drug Coalition for Change and the Brown County Mental Health Task Force. He is also a CCAR- Certified Recovery Coach/Trainer, Certified Peer Specialist, Reentry Specialist and a Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator.
