RECOVERY COACH PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION

Please complete the Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) Online Application below. Sixty (60) CCAR CEUs/training hours are required including the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy (RCA) and the CCAR Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches training.

You will need to include ALL CCAR training certificates/documentation as file uploads (jpeg, pdf, doc) and your resume and/or written statement.
